| Comments: | Dr, Evans is a great dentist. The staff is always so friendly. I always look forward to my appointments so that I can talk with all the girls and see whats new with everyone. Lisa is always so helpfull setting appointments and answering any questions I may have.
I always recommend him when someone compliments me on my smile or ask who my dentist is. |

| Comments: | Dr. Evans gave me back my self esteem. For years I had been ashamed of my smile. Dr. Evans was extremely patient and informative in explaining my treatmant plan. His staff makes you feel warm and welcome from the first phone call. Everyone in his office exudes happiness and joy. If I didn't know any better I would think they were all one big happy family. In the past few months I've grown to feel like a part of this family. For the first time in a long time I can honestly say that I look forward to going to the dentist office. | Comments: | I had my first visit with Dr.Evans last month. Just moving to Austin from Cali, I had no idea what to expect.. I love my new dentist. From the first phone call and until I walked out the door from my first appointment, it was smooth. Dr. Evans isn't a "network provider". I had to pay 18.00 out of pocket. It is well worth going out of the network to get the "BEST". I highly reccomend this office if you are looking for high quality dental care and great customer service.

After getting the run-around with high pricing from another area dentist, we were recommended to try Dr. Evans. Now we're lifetime clients thanks to his responsible and obliging service. Even when we had a toothache that needed treatment very soon, they were able to get us in right away. |

| Comments: | If you are looking for a Dentist who provides excellent care and an office staff that provides exceptional customer service....look no further. Dr Evans and his entire staff are the best around. It is no surprise that Dr. Evans has been honored by being voted one of the top dentists in the Central Texas region.
My family and I have been going to Dr. Evans for 12 years & would never consider changing dentists, even though we no longer live close to his office. It is still worth the extra drive just to be treated by Dr. Evans and his wonderful staff. Also, Dr. Evans is an out of network provider for us, but the extra few dollars we pay are well worth it. The old adage "you get what you pay for" is very true. The office staff is very professional, courteous, friendly and truly care about your well being. You are not just a patient when you walk though the office doors. You are treated like a very close friend. My grown children feel the same way and continue to use Dr. Evans as their dentist.
The best customer service story I have with Dr. Evans happened right after I started going to his office for treatments. It was a Saturday morning and an old crown broke off causing extreme pain. I called Dr. Evans and reached him at home and explained my problem. Dr. Evans said he was leaving for the airport in a few hours for a trip, but if I could meet him at his office ASAP he would a take a look and see what he could do. When I arrived he treated me with the me customer service he always provides. He took his time to make sure he fixed my problem correctly, even though he was getting ready to leave for the airport in a few hours. How many dentists or even doctors you know would do that for a patient? One of his dental hygenists also met mw up at the office one Sunday to help me out with a painful problem. That is what I call exceptional customer service and why Dr. Evans will always remain my dentist; and hopefully now, he and his staff will be your choice of dentist too!l |
